Since the launch of the polarizing Honda Crosstour there is a massive rumor that there is a buzzing with word that Honda might someday add a four-cylinder engine to the lineup. This makes a big sense. The fact that the Accord on which it’s based offers a four-pot, and their key competitor , the Toyota Venza has the more efficient four-cylinder powerhouse.

Honda Fit is the first Chinese car imported to North America built by Honda.

This is the first and so far the only production car from China that is on sail in North America. And this car is not what you think. This step of the company is the next step to move its production out of Japan. In this fashion they began to manufacture the Fit models in the People’s Republic and ship them in to Canada. We don’t have any indications that this car made in China will be ever sold in the U.S. in the near future. We all know that there are a large amount of automakers that operate plants in China, and only a small part of the production in those plants are made for export. So the last year only a small three percent were sent outside of the country’s borders.

Honda Reworked Civic coming before end of 2012.

We all know that the 2012 Honda Civic it wasn’t what you would expect form this car and it was the target of criticism since its launch earlier this year. There are no secrets that Honda is rushing to redesign the Civic and despite the statement that would be coming sometime in 2013 or 2014, there was a memo saying to the automaker’s dealer network states that they will rework the Civic before the end of 2012.
