Presenting the all-new Opel Astra GTC. It is sculpted with precise shapes to accents the dramatic proportions and we think that it is the ultimate expression of Opel´s design language. The new Opel Astra GTC it is fitted with the premium front axle layout with HiPerStrut – High Performance Strut and ideally combines with the new amazing Opel patented Watt’s link rear axle to make it better and more stable and the to give the sharpest driving precision, for the ultimate on the road feel.

Other also new tings in the new Astra GTC are the driver assistance systems that comes from the second generation Opel Eye front camera. This system is expanded functionality to the fourth generation Bi-Xenon Advanced Forward Lighting (AFL+).

Here we have the new Opel Astra GTC that it was made to have a sharper edge, and it is the crowning glory of the sporty compact that will come in the summer of 2012 and it will be packed in to the high performance OPC (Opel Performance Center) model. This new Opel Astra OPC is powered by a new 2.0 liter direct injection turbo gasoline engine. This small power house can make 206 kW/280 hp of power and more than 400 Nm of torque. This makes the Opel Astra OPC to go all the way up to 250 km/h. This makes this the fastest Astra so fare.

The new Opel Zafira Tourer offers a perfect combination of functionality and comfort. The new car is getting the Opel Zafira Tourer to the monocab segment with premium qualities, innovative technologies, sculptural and dynamic design. For the first time Opel established the seven-seat compact van segment in 1999. The new Zafira is with extensively re-designed Flex7 seating system, and offers more of novel standards in interior flexibility and atmosphere.

But this is not the all newly developed things in the third-generation Zafira. Now it has a flexible seating configuration. Overall is a big step forward and expresses new ambitions of the Zafira Tourer lineup. This time is the ideal flexible companion and is not build for families only.

Opel RAK e Concept is a striking concept with production potentials.

The Frankfurt show this year will be the place to reveal the new Opel/Vauxhall with is a new striking concept with ‘production potential’ that can be the car to resolve the urban transport problems. This car is made especially for younger drivers and to be cost efficient.

The car is battery-powered vehicle with 60-mile range and can go up to 75 mph. The low, rakish concept will be highly affordable and with its top speed making even the odd motorway trip feasible.

The car will be made in a two seats tandem layout, making the concept to be practical and with despite its aesthetic appeal. The light weight that is a third of a small modern car, will be agile and fun to drive.

Opel concept will debut on the Frankfurt motor show.

Opel has made it public that is going to showcase a new concept model at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

The detail list is short, but Opel don’t forget to say that this model will be: “experimental vehicle exploring a new interpretation of mobility”. The car will debut on September 13th and some more information will be released before the event.

The other new things from Opel will also be the newly redesigned Astra GTC, Zafira Tourer and Combo. Opel also said that there will be seven new ecoFLEX models of Astra GTC and Zafira Tourer witch will be focused on fuel economy.

The clever compact solution in the wan segment is Opel Combo

Opel and their clever solution in the compact van segment from the new generation comes with a wide range on variants. The van provides maximum utility, awesome fuel economy and technical advances never seen in this car segment.

Opel now offers two wheelbases and roof heights to choose from. Wheelbases of 3,755mm or 3,105mm that makes the van length 4.39 and 4.74 meters long respectively, and also the two roof height of 1.85m and 2.10m. Also you can choose from the versatile car-van with five or seven seats and paneled or glazed body.

Another van variance can be made with ordering one or two sliding doors for easy access to the cargo area. The van version for transportation of passengers comes with two sliding doors and top-hinged tailgate. Also available is asymmetrical double wing door. For that extra-long cargo like ladder for example additional rear roof hatch can be installed!

The new Opel Zafira Tourer has decided to take a big step further considering he indoor flexibility comfort and experienced. Not only has it decide, it has done it and se to launch its “breathing capabilities this September from 15 to 25, 2011 in Frankfurd Main at the 64 International Motorshow.

2012 Opel Zafira Tourer:

The seven-eater has been around Opel for 12 years. It gave the passengers a new direction of comfort ability and gave the car no reason to remove the back seats in order to provide additional trunk space. The Opel Zafira Tourer’s Felx7 seating concept doesn’t consist of a bench any more, but of individual seats ready to be moved and folded any time you please.

A novelty arises in the second row which is able to provide a limousine comfort; the middle seat in the second row can be folded down providing the outer seats flexibility of 210 mm longitude and 50 mm to the center of the cabin. The load volume is 710 liters when the five-seat configuration is set, that is additional 65 liters from the present Zafira. When all seats are folder, the total is 1.860 liter, 40 liters more than the present Zafira.

Three versions of the Opel Zafira Tourer will be available with capabilities under the hood of 81kW/110hp, 96kW/130hp and the top one of 12 kW/165hp. Manual transition of six speed and automatic will also be available.

The outlook of the car has an impressive wing flavor with aerodynamic silhouette providing better visibility for the river and large side windows.

After everything has checked positive for the Opel Zafira Tourer, two words are capable of describing it characteristics – flexible comfort. The Opel Zafira Tourer is allowing you to adjust mote then just your seat – it has provided all the guests in its interior the choice of comfort best suited for their size.

Opel Zafira Tourer is third generation van from Opel.
The seats in the second row are completly redesigned and now they are three luxury independent seats in which passengers can ride more comfortably than in the second generation. Third line of seats are folded with which feature new Opel Zafira Tourer have a lot of space for the luggage. In a 5 seat configuration the cargo volume is 710 liters which is 65 more than previous version. If second line of seats are also folded, the owners of this monovolumen will enjoy 1860 liters of space – 40 liters more than second generation of Opel Zafira Tourer

The design of the new Opel Zafira Tourer is not a surprise, but more a pleasantly continuity to the design school of Opel design team. Design is sporty, stylish but in the quiet manner without any excess or advanced thinking.

2011 Opel Meriva: Finally something refreshing

I sincerely hope that new Opel Meriva is going to arrive, the same as we seen on the new pictures, photos and art sketches. Beside the original, contemporary and beautiful design in 2011 the new Opel Meriva will surprise us with a new rear hinged Flex Doors.

What rear hinge Flex Doors means?
Rear Hinge Flex Doors means that new Opel Meriva is going to have the rear doors opened to the back and not to the front as we are used to. This will be a great help for the passengers who will seat back. The new rear hinge Flex Doors are providing easy access to the back seats which is comfortable and high.

So, if you buy this new Opel Meriva, you will have a great family car with a lot of space, flexibility and as the additional value, Opel will give you this cool look with the rear hinged Flexi Doors. There is no car enthusiast which not going to turn his head when you will drive your new Opel Meriva. Do not be surprised if people on the parking lot come to see the new Opel Meriva.

In the past decade, many auto makers were displaying and promising this kind of rear hinge Flex doors on the auto shows, but at the end the new models were arriving stripped from anything original and refreshing. Hope this not going to happen with the new Opel Meriva. The bold thinking and brave decisions was always rewarded by the market and consumers.
