The Peugeot 206 is everyone’s car. There are four body types, numerous engine options, and alternative levels of trim. Of course the 206 is not perfect. There are a number of criticisms including the driving position which many find to be uncomfortable and there is quite a lot of road noise when driving quickly. The car is very safe, though there have been some reliability problems and Peugeot has made several car recalls. Quality levels are not as high as they might be, particularly in the car’s interior.

The car is practical; particularly if you go for the SW version; though it is not practical at all should you opt for the coupe cabriolet. There is also a good selection of equipment especially if you find one with a high level of trim.

However, the fact that this car was the best selling car in Europe for three successive years indicates what a great little car it really is.
