This homemade juice or syrup is very tasty and well preserved with vitamins without any artificial additives or preservatives.
In boiling water, pour a little baking soda and place the whole orange and lemon. Leave to stand for about 1 h in order to eliminate the possible splashes bark remains. After that, wash the fruit .
Half of orange peel, peel to the eating fruit part and another half remain the same. Do the same with lemon. Now all the fruit grind in a blender. In ground fruit, pour half of the water, add 1 limontus and let stand for several hours. After this time, drain the fruit well (preferably through cheesecloth).
In the rest of the water, add the sugar and let it boil. Remove from heat and add the filtered juice and 2 limuntus, mix well and stuff, previously well washed bottles.
During summer days keep this juice/syrup in the fridge and for the winter time in a cool place. While serving in a cup, pour 1/3 of the syrup and in the rest add plain or sparkling water .
