There is not much of the concept cars go up for grabs. All the big automakers and design studios make them and want to hold on to their show cars for posterity, and send them in to the firm archive, were we imagine as to be as a scene form Raiders of the Lost Ark, or they put them in their museums in their headquarters for the tourist to see. This makes it a special opportunity to see and take a photo of one of a kind automobile.

This amazing BMW Spicup concept form Bertone was unveiled at the 1969 Geneva Motor Show. But unlike most of today’s concepts this car was made and can be driven. The chassis comes from a BMW 2000 CS, and has a 2.5-liter inline-six engine. After the show it was broth by some Dutch individual who drive it regularly. Then the car disappeared into obscurity for a couple of decades.
