The agreement is worth $1.8 billion in a virtual all-cash deal.

Audi is proud of its new monster power car 2011 Audi RS5 and has just released a new Presentation Video on its promotional video channel Audi.tv.
Powered by a 4.2-liter V8 with 331 kW (444 hp / 450 PS) and 430 Nm (317 lb-ft) of torque, the Audi RS5 flies from 0-100 km/h in just 4.6 seconds and achieves its maximum speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). It is electronically limited, and if the limiter is removed it happily rides up to 280 km/h (174 mph). Not bad if we know that Audi RS5 spends just 10.8 liters of fuel per 100km (21.78 US mpg).
